I am an Integrative counsellor and an Accredited Member of BACP. Whilst my practice is in Cambridge, I offer online counselling nationwide.

I have twenty years of experience working with adults and young people within counselling, social work and education settings. My life’s path has taken me to live and work in Italy, Australia, Greece and the UK and this journey has allowed me to develop an insight into people’s life transitions as well as their search for identity and belonging.

I am warm, empathic and thoughtful in my approach to counselling and I aim to create a safe space where you can feel free to explore your emotions. As there are many types of transitions and difficulties we are faced with throughout our lives, I seek to support you to discover your inner resources and find your own way forward.
